As the weather cools down there’s still plenty of fun and exercise to be had outdoors, you just need to know how to dress. Layer up and come on out with us! This week we had 59 cyclists show up for a new ride out to Olde World Bakery in Easthampton for some amazing pastries. We can do that because we ride, right? Well, ride or no ride I’m having pastries.
This has been an amazing year of growth for the team: We started seeing rides in excess of 100 cyclists on a regular basis; we raised over $100K as a team for the MS Society’s City to Shore event; we’ve climbed to over 500 subscribers on our email list AND we’ve put over 30 team members through Ride Leader Training class…
Welcome New Ride Leaders
On Saturday, November 18th eight Team Evesham riders attended a ride leader training course that our friend and fellow rider Glenn Page created and customized for us. Glenn is a League Certified Instructor and has been riding for many years. Assisting Glenn with the training was Cardiologist Dr. Jeff Leavey.
Team Evesham presented Glenn with an award for his service to Team Evesham after the class. Thanks Glenn & Jeff!
Upcoming Rides & Events
Saturday, December 8th from 7-11pm – Team Evesham’s third annual Holiday Party event will be hosted at Marco’s Restaurant in the Indian Springs Country Club. Tickets can be purchased here.
Everyone have a safe, happy Thanksgiving holiday. Remember those in need. And don’t eat so much turkey that you can’t ride on Sunday.
Warmest Holiday Wishes,
